Restaurant staff was helpful
Washroom gets messy, too much water stays on the floor.

Location was good. In a place like Anand, this is one of the best property and just next to a mall where you can spend good time with many coffee shops and restaurants around.
Furniture in the rooms looked old. Also the toilets can be better managed in terms of cleaning.

Location is good. And the rooms were passable clean. The breakfast spread the first day was very limited, the second day there was more crowd/tourists which also improved the variety. The staff is not particular about quick refills of the items and is rather stiff. Hospitality of taking care of your guests, that thought was lacking.
Breakfast spread and hospitality can be improved. The AC in rooms give stale smell after some time. The bathroom slippers provided were not very clean. The bed is also not very comfortable but too soft.
