No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law). The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the list cannot enter the building. Separate organic waste from recyclable waste and dispose of it in different bags. When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability. For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please take care with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
