The island cottage is an OLDER unit which means it will not have all the amenities of a modern condo. What the Cottage lacks in amenities, it makes up for in charm and simplicity. Again, this was an older island home as such there may have some quirks and unpolished aesthetics.

My & My girlfriend booked here for our first vacation. Perfect spot we were in walking distance from everything and Gravity Park was right in front of us. Perfect place to stay at on South Padre. It felt like we were at home I love the set up of everything especially the way the house was formatted. Worth every dollar spent! We also had excursions that were walking distance from the house including Bars. City was alive but when we got back it was always quiet. Will book again. Thank you again!

It’s a little dingy because it’s old and isn’t updated, but other then that it was clean. comes with a few dishes but would definitely bring more if you plan on cooking yourself as it’s limited. It’s great for walking most places. As little as I communicated with the host, she was nice and I’m sure she would answer any questions or help you with anything. Over all I would stay again. It’s comfortable for 2 maybe 3 people but idk that I would try to fit more than that.
