Complete remodel for 2025 that will create an ADA compliant cottage with a deck in the back. There will be a ramp along the North side of the house from the front sidewalk, entrance through the back of the house.
This home will sleep 14 and feature an open concept first floor, with living, dining and kitchen sharing the front of the cottage and three bedrooms at the rear of the first floor. An ADA compliant bathroom on the first floor along with a powder room/laundry room. The second floor will have two bedrooms and a sleeping porch. There will be a bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower. It will feature a dedicated TV room and craft/game room at the rear of the house accessible from the house or via a rear staircase from the deck.
