New rental with lake views galore! This is a beautiful home located in the 200 block of Poplar. Featuring a beautiful enclosed sun porch looking out over the open green space and water. Three bedrooms and an enclosed sleeping porch upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. Bedrooms upstairs include one bedroom with one queen bed, a second bedroom with one queen, a third bedroom with one queen, and an enclosed sleeping porch with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and one double bed, includes a ping pong table and gorgeous lake views. Perfect for kids! The bedroom downstairs features one king bed. This rental includes two full baths, one downstairs with a tub and walk-in shower, and one upstairs with a walk-in shower. A smart TV, cable TV, and WiFi included. An updated and fully equipped kitchen, adjacent to the large dining room with new Pottery Barn furniture. A Pack N Play is included, as well as hair dryers in both bathrooms. Also, there is a washer and dryer on the first floor. Enjoy lakeview dining on the outdoor patio, with gas grill. Maximum occupancy is 14. No pets allowed.
