Great hotel with excellent amenities and a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend this place!

Koko hotel is top tier in my list. They have a very friendly and respectful staff, they provide you with everything you need for necessities. It’s in a very great location close to amazing restaurants and bakeries. They very accommodating to my situation and offer such great hospitality. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Japan or Is in a Japan looking for a place to stay. I will be looking forward to staying with Koko hotel on my next trip to Japan.

It is good for a one night stay but not good if you stay here for long days. The room is super small and it if you have luggage then it’s hard to find space to fit all your stuff. We talked to different front desk staff twice already if we can upgrade our room to much bigger and wider space and we will just add a fee but they said the ones we stayed in the Standard twin room is the biggest room that they had. 🤷♀️🤔 I don’t know but we had no choice so we just go with the flow with it. The only good thing i can say is the housekeeping staff/s as they are efficient and always clean our rooms every 2 to 3 days i think and always provided clean towels. The hotel location is good as it is near the train stations.
