About this house rental
Enjoy the private enclosed pool as you take in the quiet scenic views. Home rests comfortably on an oversize lot among the winding streets. Chef's kitchen to cook and prepare meals. Unwind surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere.
The space
Whether you're heading out to a nice restaurant or craving a pastry, wanting to take a walk at a local park or nature trail, needing to do some grocery shopping or shopping for a new pair of shoes. Everything is conveniently located within a short drive.
Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes drive.
Disney Parks, Universal parks and Seaworld about 20 minutes drive.
Downtown Orlando is about 15 minutes drive.

The garage is not accessible to guests.

This is a conservation area. You may see hawks, cranes, other wildlife.
Please keep in mind to always keep doors closed as well as sliding doors and windows to prevent mosquitoes, bugs, etc. from entering home and for you and future guests' safety and comfort.
Pool maintenance and lawn maintenance is usually on Mondays (will keep you updated if there is a change in schedule)
Garbage (green top) and Recycle (blue top) bins are on right side of house

Rose was amazing to work with - so responsive and accommodating. We were allowed to check in a few minutes early and things were starting out great, until the neighborhood lost power. Rose, however, was amazing and offered to bring us battery operated fans to deal with the heat until power was restored. This was a family trip celebrating a high school graduate and everything was lovely from start to finish. I think I speak for my entire family when I say we felt right at home! The location was wonderful - minutes away from family and everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet which we loved! The house was clean and the property was absolutely beautiful. There were a few notes, but nothing major that will keep us from returning. The cherry on top was the pool! It was such a refreshing end to each day. Thanks Rose for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home - this was such a relaxing visit! I highly recommend and will definitely use the property again!

The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We were 6 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was very nice and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. If we're in the Orlando area again in the future, we will stay here for sure.

We did not use the pool as it is not heated and it was cold during our stay. The host was accommodating when we had concerns about the heating and AC system.
