Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property. Close to schools, parks and 2 minutes from town and OSU. The Cheerful Bungalow provides a peaceful respite from the day's work. Perfect for those touring Corvallis, in town for business, or wants a vacation away while still being close to all the amenities the charming Corvallis has to offer. This home has off street parking, 2 levels, newer cabinets, and recently updated main bath with window AC units.

This property is a DUPLEX. You will have this upstairs unit entirely to yourselves, but the property has SHARED spaces, including the driveway and yard.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:
Add an early check-in ($25), grab a late check-out ($25), grab a pack-n-play ($10), and/or have exclusive use of the backyard ($10/day IF APPLICABLE). Interested in hosting a gathering/event? Ask us! Pricing is dependent on total guest count.
EXTRA GUESTS:
The number of guests must match the reservation. Please note there is an additional $20 per night Usage & Amenity Fee (plus booking fees and taxes) for each guest beyond the fourth to cover extra cleaning and amenity use.
Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival and must depart by 10:00 PM. Children are counted as part of the total guest count.
FAMILY & PETS
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis. We will request a $50 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Please see our HOUSE RULES for our pet rules and more information.
VERIFICATION:
Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. If you have any issues with the verification process, please kindly notify us.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: While we love offering our guests amenities like a pack-n-play or high chair, we're not quite big enough to stock them at each of our properties yet. If you're interested in any of these please inquire to their availability and note a small rental fee to cover delivery, pickup, and cleaning after use will be charged.
