Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, just minutes from Bristol Mountain and Canandaigua Lake, this 7-bedroom, 6-bath retreat sleeps up to 16 guests and is perfect for family reunions, ski trips, wine tours, and everything in between.
Inside, you'll find the perfect balance of rustic character and updated convenience. Gather around the large dining table for meals and memories, or unwind in the cozy living room with friends. The fully equipped kitchen makes group meals a breeze.

~Bedroom 2: 1 king bed (2nd floor)
~Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed with ensuite full bathroom (2nd floor)
~Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed with ensuite full bathroom (1st floor)
~Bedroom 5: 1 queen bed with ensuite full bathroom (1st floor)
~Bedroom 6/7: 1 set of bunk beds (2 twin beds) and a trundle bed (2 twin beds). These rooms are conjoined, each with their own doorway in. It has a floor-to-ceiling blackout curtain that can separate the archway between the two rooms for additional privacy (2nd floor)

The house was perfect for our group of 12 adults. Loved that there were so many bathrooms. The deck area outside is spacious with tons of seating. We had no problems with our stay.

This is a wonderful place for a big-family get-together. There are many bedrooms and we easily accommodated 15 people (10 adults, 5 children). The game room in the attic was a huge hit. The property itself is lovely too, with a huge yard and some adjacent woods with a walking path. I definitely recommend it!

What a amazing, beautiful, spacious place! Stayed after my son's wedding and truly only had time to lay our heads on the pillows. Wish we had more time to relax there. Will have to come back to enjoy the game room and living area (indoor and outdoor).Super clean, great host, great communication! 5 star!!
