About this house rental
This cozy home features a charming front entry with a landscaped walkway and cottage-style appeal. Around back, enjoy a spacious wooden deck overlooking serene trees, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The home offers the perfect blend of comfort and privacy, making it a great fit for peaceful getaways, campus visits, or family stays. Whether you're heading out or coming home, every entrance is inviting and easy to access.
We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

Just 1.2 mi (3 min drive) from the heart of Virginia Tech campus and bustling downtown
A short 14 mi (23 min drive) brings you to Radford University
Nature lovers will appreciate Claytor Lake State Park only 25 mi (34 min drive) away - ideal for swimming, boating, hiking, and fishing
All areas of the home and property are open for guests

parking spaces located in the center parking lot in front of the home. This lot is shared with 4800 Clay Street guests
as well.
No pets
bins are located on the entrance side of property.
-The TV's in the home are powered by Roku.
-There is a fire pit out on the back side of home, please bring your own wood.
Propane (for grill):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4.We DO NOT provide propane refills.

Great house to visit VT and attend a ball game. Convenient location to downtown and campus. This was my second visit to this house and I have plans for a 3rd trip back!

Everything turned out good. Che k in was easy, quite neighborhood, Dear in the yard evert evening.The place was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone.

We were amazed at how cute and cozy the home is! Our faves: the big bathroom and the comfortable beds. The host was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We are definitely bookmarking this home for our future trips to Virginia. Thank you so much for the lovely lodging! Definitely better than any Home2Suites!!
