PERFECT Location for a getaway near Tech and Downtown Blacksburg. Really cool house - well appointed and great piece of property righ on the Huckleberry Trail and easy access to everything Blacksburg and Virginia Tech. We were down to visit our daughters for Easter Weekend. The house was well appointed and lots of space for the family to spread out. The backyard is very spacious, with a firepit and backing to the Huckleberry Trail with easy access to Tech. The owner had great communication and would definitely recommend.

The house is wonderful, lots of space and well decorated. The location is also great, right on Huckleberry Trail which is convenient to downtown, VT and sports stadiums. Communication was easy with Catherine! We would not hesitate to stay here again if in Blacksburg!
