Welcome to “Tidal Creeks Cottage”. Brand new custom light filled 1 BR, 1 BA high-end 500 sf cottage built along Wilmington's Clear Run Branch Creek and nestled within beautiful mature trees. Located on Wilmington's Cross City Trail this cottage is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The bike ride to Wrightsville Beach Drawbridge is just 3 miles. UNCW is 1/2 mile. 1 mile to Starbucks along the trail and 2.5 miles to Wilmington's best shopping: Mayfaire Town Center. Fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops. Hardwood Floors. King Casper Cooling mattress. Side private porch off bedroom facing the creek. Front porch with rocking chairs. This cottage is located in a neighborhood where the property owner lives on the same property in a separate home. The owners are happy to offer local recommendations or assistance if needed. This property is ideal for singles or couples who wish to stay in a very convenient spot to explore Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, NC.

The moment you arrive at the property, it’s clear how much care went into creating a cozy and inviting retreat. The porch beckons you to unwind, whether it’s with a morning coffee or an evening rocking chair session. Step inside, and you’re greeted with every comfort you could wish for, complemented by thoughtful details and charming finishing touches throughout. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place—it’s definitely one of my favorite rentals and comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a welcoming stay in the Wilmington area. Nestled in a quiet, lovely neighborhood with a central location, it makes exploring all the local attractions effortless. This cozy creekside cottage is a solid 10/10!
