Located on Wilmington's Cross City Trail this cottage is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The bike ride to Wrightsville Beach Drawbridge is just 3 miles. UNCW is 1/2 mile. 1 mile to Starbucks along the trail and 2.5 miles to Wilmington's best shopping: Mayfaire Town Center. Fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops. Hardwood Floors. King Casper Cooling mattress. Side private porch off bedroom facing the creek. Front porch with rocking chairs. This cottage is located in a neighborhood where the property owner lives on the same property in a separate home. The owners are happy to offer local recommendations or assistance if needed. This is an outstanding property located in an ideal location. Very close to UNC Wilmington, the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is clear a lot of thought was put into the decor and amenities. Great stay, we really enjoyed our time in Wilmington!

The property is absolutely lovely and beautifully appointed. Louise made sure I had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up to birds in the morning. The city walk trail is just a block away and was great for running and walking. It could not have been a nicer stay and I look forward to returning!

Adorable craftsman cottage, located near UNCW with easy access to downtown. Louise is awesome and was fast in responding to any questions we had. Comfy bed, cute layout, full kitchen. We'll be back!
