Captain Gosnold Village offers classic Cape Cod cottages situated on four acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. Captain Gosnold Village is the perfect destination for vacations, family reunions, and wedding parties. We are family-oriented and do our best to meet the needs of the youngest to the oldest. We offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to twenty-first century guests.

Ideally located just a short stroll from three ocean beaches, our classic Cape Cod cottages are tucked between the picturesque charm of Hyannis Port and the lively energy of Hyannis Harbor. Set on four acres of beautifully landscaped, secluded grounds, guests can enjoy the peace of mature shade trees, blooming rose bushes, and colorful gardens—along with a heated outdoor pool for the perfect summer escape.
Captain Gosnold Village offers the comfort and informality of “Old Cape Cod” with the amenities today’s travelers appreciate. Our property is family-friendly, and we take pride in meeting the needs of guests of all ages.
This cozy studio cottage offers inviting lawn space, a private deck with a patio set and gas BBQ grill, and plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxing. Inside, the cottage is comfortably appointed with twin-size bunk beds and a queen bed, making it suitable for small families or couples. The kitchenette includes a small sink, a compact refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker—perfect for light meals and snacks (please note: there is no full kitchen). The unit is equipped with an air conditioner located in the bathroom window.
Whether you’re here for a family getaway, a romantic escape, or a relaxing retreat near the sea, you’ll find comfort, charm, and convenience at Captain Gosnold Village.
POOL Information and Rules
-We do not manage the pool, therefore we are not responsible its availability, hours, and closures.
-The pool is currently open (subject to change and availability).
-Hours and availability vary (typically 11am to 6pm), depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing. Stop by the pool and see the staff to verify availability.
-Pool closes for the season on September 8, 2026.
-Rules and regulations are posted in the pool area.
-The pool gate must be kept closed, except to enter and exit, and locked at all times the pool is not in use.
-No person under the age of sixteen is allowed to swim or occupy the pool area unless accompanied by an adult over twenty-one.
-Boisterous activities or noise considered by other owners, renters, or guests to be annoying or dangerous are prohibited. Further, no group can monopolize use of the pool.
-Playing of amplified music is not permitted.
-No glass is allowed in the pool area. Food and non-alcoholic beverages in unbreakable containers are permitted.
-All swimmers must wear swimming attire, including waterproof diapers, if needed.
-Pets are not allowed in the pool enclosure at any time.
-Floats are prohibited except for “noodles” and personal flotation devices (life jackets) for children. Safe use of toys no larger than 1 sq.ft. is the responsibility of parents. Use of toys must not interfere with the enjoyment of all.
Minimum Check-in Age: 21 years old

Maximum occupancy is 3 persons

I was looking for a well maintained, up to date, cozy cottage for 2 and this one fit the bill. It was exactly what I was looking for. My wife checked in a day before I did (I was riding the Pan-Mass Challenge), and she had no issues. The space was comfortable and very efficient. One feature I like that made me choose this cottage over others was the outdoor deck. The only thing I would like to have seen with the deck is an umbrella or a retractable deck cover for shielding the sun mid-day. For cooking, there was a microwave and an outdoor grill. There was also an electric griddle grill n a drawer that we didn't find until we were checking out. We didn't cook as we were only there for 2 nights and took advantage of the nearby restaurants.The beach is within walking distance, So that was nice to not have to pay for parking.
