Exmouth Town is 2 miles away and the property & is a few minutes walk away from bus stops and local pubs. Nice place for kids to run around. Clean. Very spacious. Very close to the beach. Love that theres a campsite behind. Unfortunately not for the elderly as have to go up a lot of steps. No photos but the rooms are exactly how it’s advertised.
