The first floor offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a king-size memory foam bed, 50” smart TV, reading lamp, and a full-size mirror for added comfort and convenience. You’ll also find two full bathrooms, fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper, so you can pack light and settle in with ease. The open-concept living room includes a 65” smart TV—perfect for movie nights or catching the big game. The adjacent dining room and fully equipped kitchen come ready with all your tableware, cookware, pots, pans, and a selection of spices to make meal prep a breeze.
The second floor features two spacious bedrooms designed with both comfort and function in mind. One room includes queen-size bunk beds, a 50” smart TV, reading lamp, and a full-size mirror—perfect for relaxing or getting ready for a night out. The second bedroom sleeps up to 5 guests with two twin bunk beds and a trundle, along with another 50” smart TV for entertainment. You'll also find a full bathroom and a designated workspace, ideal for remote work or planning your OKC adventures.
The game room is packed with fun for all ages, featuring arcade games, a pool table, shuffleboard, dartboard, a 65” smart TV, and a neon sign that adds a splash of retro flair.
Outside, the backyard is your private playground, offering a basketball/pickleball court, putt putt golf, a hot tub, and a sauna for peak relaxation. Enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, fire up the grill, and soak in the atmosphere beside a vibrant custom mural that brings the space to life.
A high chair and Pack ’n Play are also provided for guests traveling with little ones.

Absolutely the best time ever! We booked this location for my sons 18th birthday and we were not disappointed. So much fun was had, cause this place has it all! There was never a dual moment and we had his grandparents and friends over for cake and the layout was just so comfortable, spacious, and effortlessly enjoyable. Game room was a hit! Backyard was incredible and so much fun! Pickleball or basketball, hot tub for soaking after we were worn out from playing. Even the beds were comfy. The plaza is just right there too with wonderful food options. Thank you so much for a great host and accommodations to enjoy this memorable day. Highly recommend theres basically no where else this fun to rent in the city.

This place is an absolute gem! Lets start with the host first. Professional, expeditious in responding, and so kind. The property is beautiful, and in my opinion the nicest one on the block. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is older, but that takes nothing away from the property. And my is it beautiful inside. I loved the open floorplan of the kitchen. The rooms are cozy. The gameroom gives hours of fun, and the backyard is an oasis of relaxation and fun!! There is definitely something for everyone!! I would book again in a New York second whenever I'm in the area!
