Bright and cosy, it consists of a double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and dining area. Ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the narrow streets of the historic centre.

Fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and all the utensils you need to cook for yourself.
Bedroom
Large double bedroom with comfortable bed, wardrobe, TV, Wi-Fi and basic furnishings. A quiet and cool room for optimal rest.
Bathroom
Modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
Private garage
A 10-minute walk from the property, you have access to a parking space in a private garage, perfect for leaving your car safe during your stay.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.
(the price per night includes the management fee of 25%+VAT).
Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. It is important to inform guests that, in accordance with Italian law, we cannot provide any type of food, including oil, salt and pepper. This is a professional flat and we strictly follow Italian regulations.
Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if it were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
Security deposit for any damage
To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.
The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.
If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
