About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this 40 m² house for rent in Les Mathes, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a 20 m² living room, an open-plan kitchenette, a mezzanine with two beds, a bathroom (with shower), and a terrace of approximately 15 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining table
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- An open mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 pull-out bed (2 single beds 90x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A shared unheated swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Les Mathes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- La Palmyre beach, Les Pins de Cordouan beach,
- La Palmyre Zoo
- La Palmyre water sports centre (sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wingfoiling, etc.)
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the reserved parking space.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Royan train station 18 km away
- Bordeaux Mérignac Airport (BOD) 155 km away

- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- No washing machine in the accommodation. The nearest laundromat is located at Magasin U – 1 avenue de la Palmyre, 17570 Les Mathes, 2 minutes away by car
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions. Babies are not allowed in the large pool. Swimming shorts and trunks are not allowed.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the team preparing the accommodation. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
