Welcome to Les Sables d'Olonne, in the charming neighbourhood of La Chaume, where this superb fully renovated house opens its doors for an unforgettable seaside stay. Completely renovated, it can accommodate up to 10 travellers in a modern and comfortable setting. Ideal for families or friends' stays, it features a beautiful terrace fitted with a pergola and garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for your summer outdoor meals, as well as a small enclosed garden, secure for children. Between swimming on the iconic beaches of Les Sables, walks through the typical lanes of La Chaume or surfing sessions on the Atlantic waves, this house is the dream starting point for discovering the charms of the Vendée coast.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living area of over 40m2 with access to the terrace. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. Share your meals around the large dining table that can accommodate 10 guests, or enjoy lunch outdoors thanks to the outdoor table on the terrace. The living room, with its large comfortable sofa and television, is the ideal place to extend the evening in a friendly atmosphere.



The sleeping area consists of 6 bedrooms:



- On the ground floor, four large bedrooms, three with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and storage spaces. Two bedrooms have a television, and one of them offers direct access to the bathroom. - Upstairs, two smaller bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (base and mattress on the floor - 140x190 cm).

The house has two bathrooms with shower, one of which with WC, as well as a second independent WC for added comfort.



A washing machine is available in the garage.



To park with complete peace of mind, you can park your vehicles directly in the property's courtyard.
