Spend your vacation in this newly renovated (2025), child-friendly, and cozy four-room townhouse for 1–5 people, located across from the East Frisian Islands in the coastal resort town of Neßmersiel.
The property features two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed, two single beds, a guest sofa bed, and a travel crib, as well as two wardrobes and a nightstand. A table with two chairs is also available for your children upon request. The bathroom with shower/toilet and the washing machine are also located on the upper floor. The spacious living and dining area with a bay window is located on the first floor. There you will also find, among other things, the newly equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher (2025), the guest restroom, and the storage room. Wi-Fi is also available. A terrace with patio furniture and a lawn for sunbathing round out the amenities. The garden is fenced in. A children’s playground is located in the immediate vicinity. Pets allowed by arrangement. The property is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac near the dike and the coast.
