You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $5,000 in "All-Risk" damage protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. This is covered under a $55 management fee included in the transaction for your stay.

The house is beautiful just as pictured it is truly stunning and we used this to get ready for my wedding, it was beautiful and I am so excited for our photos! The house is on the water right by the interstate and you can definitely hear interstate traffic, even with the sound machines on, even from the middle room. I was definitely grateful that sound machines were provided as it was able to knock out some of the noise, however if you are a light sleeper or even moderate sleeper it will still wake you up. The parking is tight. We ready about the car situation. The hill is STEEP and a drop off. Nothing bad, just something to know prepare ahead of time for. My husband had to get car in and out. I was uncomfortable turning around. Other than that definitely 5 stars across the board! Truly a unique experience

It had the feel of TOTAL seclusion in the midst of other properties. The view was stunning. And so tranquil. The road noise from the interstate became just background after a few minutes.
