We enjoyed our stay in this like-new townhome. It was spotlessly clean and well-decorated with very comfortable beds. The check-in process was easy. There are many breweries and coffee shops within walking distance, and it’s an easy Uber ride or drive to downtown. Of note is that the stairs to the second bedroom are located in the first bedroom, and there’s no bathroom on the first floor. This was not an issue for us, but it would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

We absolutely loved this neighborhood and location for visiting my daughter at UTK. Walkable trail nearby as well as cute restaurants and breweries. A quick drive to campus. The home was well appointed, they’ve thought of everything for a comfortable stay.
