This property was perfect. It is located in the heart of downtown with a great view. The host was accommodating and helpful. The apartment was better than we even expected. The perfect place to stay in Knoxville.

Very cool historic loft. It was clean and the mgmt was very responsive when I had a question prior to the stay Great view in the heart of downtown
One small issue was that the lighting throughout was very dim, Even the bathrooms. A little more major- if you are looking for a solid night sleep at a decent time this is not the spot. Tradeoff to a prime downtown spot is that’s incredibly noisy. Cars with very loud mufflers gunning it down Gay St, loud passers by, and blasting music from the first floor bar, or someone having a party in the building, im not sure which.
