Warm and well-appointed, it includes:
- one bedroom with a 160cm double bed
- one bedroom with two single beds
- one single bed on the mezzanine
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a lounge to relax after a day of strolling.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking (1 private space), Shared swimming pool (usually open from mid-June to end of September, from 9AM to 8PM), Hairdryer, Television, Heating, Washing machine, Terrace, Toaster, Kettle, 2 deckchairs, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the strengths of the house is its practicality.
- large private and closed patio, one can take all meals outside;
- ideal with young children.
It is also very popular for its location. Everything can be done on foot during the stay: beach at 450 m, day and night market (in season), shops (super U, pharmacy, bread, tobacco and newspapers, fish shop, butcher, hairdresser...)

- At the port (15 to 20 minutes on foot): jet skiing, diving, boat rentals, cruises, Ferris wheel;
- By car at 10 minutes: kite surfing base;
- Pretty village of Collioure less than 50 km;
- Spain less than 1 hour (Dali museum in Figueres, etc.)

## Emplacement
A marked identity, a renowned seaside resort, Le Barcarès has everything to seduce. Surrounded by a pond and the sea, this strip of land was abandoned until the 17th century. It was then that a fishing village settled there and a few decades later, Le Barcarès had an important fishing port, and even shipyards where the famous Catalan boat was built. In the 1960s, property developers took over the coastline and made Barcarès a renowned seaside resort with the symbol of Le Lydia, stranded on its beaches. This liner, now converted into a museum, disco and restaurant, is the fourth oldest existing liner in the world. The neighborhoods all have a particular character and you will like to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of each one. From the old village to the Grande Plage, from the Lido to the Port, the atmospheres change and give a unique character to Barcarès.
