Typical house in the heart of the old village 200m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2017. Sunny terrace in the morning upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen (induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher). 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 1 on the ground floor, quiet (2 double beds, 1 single bed). 1 SE with shower and toilet on the floor. 1 SE on the ground floor with shower. Separate toilets. On the ground floor, a room with direct access to the street for bicycles, surf .... All shops and restaurants nearby. Possibility of parking in the adjacent streets or parking of the beach or the town hall.

Perfect house for up to 5 people, very close to the beach, every 2nd market for great regional food and tourist stuff. Butcher, bakery, supermarket reachable by foot within max. 5 minutes walking.
