-Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.
-We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
-Please be aware this unit is apart of a 4 unit complex.
-This is a single level apartment.
-There is only 1 designated parking spot per unit.
-The parking lot is not suitable for larger vehicles (trucks and SUV's). If your vehicle is larger, street parking is available.

I loved our stay in Wichita! It was a quick getaway with my girlfriend and the place we stayed was very charming and perfect for us! Very well priced, decorated, and located! The host Emily was also very responsive and made our stay effortless!

A very nicely appointed apartment with living area, tv, adjoining bedroom and bath. The kitchen is very nice and has utensils, plates, coffee maker, etc. and packets of popcorn ready to go. I found no pots or pans but the microwave is very good. The place is very clean.The shower stall is small and not designed for big people. The area where the apartments are located is at first a bit intimidating but further driving shows that they are just two blocks from some very nice homes and, when talking to folks there... they say the area is safe.Overall, I would definitely stay here again.Thanks for a quiet, enjoyable stay.
