Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living area furnished with plush seating and homey decor. The layout seamlessly connects the living room to the fully-equipped kitchen, making it a breeze to whip up your favorite meals. The living room couch is also a queen pull out bed. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with premium linens. The bathroom boasts a sleek design and comes stocked with essential toiletries for your convenience.

-Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.
-We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
-Please be aware this unit is apart of a 4 unit complex.
-This is a single level apartment.
-There is only 1 designated parking spot per unit.
-The parking lot is not suitable for larger vehicles (trucks and SUV's). If your vehicle is larger, street parking is available.

Property was cute, clean, had what we needed. Bed was comfy. Couch pull out was not. But that's expected. There was a stage smell, like fish, throughout the place and the air felt stale. Not the best area of town and parking was less than desirable. I was worried my car would get hit and the space assigned was used by someone else.
