This location is walking distance to the Fulton farmers market, Medical Mile, Madcap coffee shop, Terra, Easttown, Gaslight village, Reeds Lake, Grand Rapids community College, Aquinas College, Calvin university, Theaters,restaurants, Fredrick Meijer Garden, Devos Place , VanAndel arena, highways and all hospitals. This It offers 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed opens to an onsuite joining entrance to the 2nd bedroom which has a full bed, perfect for family with children, couple needing extra space etc. The suite offers extra closet space. The house was great for the most part. I guess my biggest issue was there is 2 bedrooms right next to each other and there is a section with nothing more than hanging paper separating the 2 rooms. It would have been nice if there was a door for privacy and noise level since one room has a TV and the other room doesn’t have one.
