Great property- exactly as described. Very clean. Great location - exactly what we needed!!

Located in the historic district among beautiful homes. The Host was accommodating, immediate response on anything that we needed. The home itself has a nice layout with all downstairs being living quarters and upstairs sleeping quarters with two bath rooms. Relaxing on the front porch in the morning with coffee I'm listening to the birds was a nice getaway as we were attending an American culinary Federation National Convention. Perfect location and a number of great qualities about the amenities and anything else she would need to enjoy a stay. Definitely one worth renting.

The owner was wonderful to work with. I incorrectly entered the dates we needed and realized it the day before we were to arrive. He adjusted them with no fees. Thank goodness.The house is clean and well appointed. It is located in a great location. Located close to several wonderful restaurants. (Donkey Taqueria, Wealthy St. Bakery and Hancock’s chicken)We definitely would stay again.

The host didn’t provide me with a text to give me information on door codes or check out. The “app” provided didn’t direct me to a viable platform. I have an updated Apple phone so that wasn’t the problem. We enjoyed our accommodation but found that the hallway shower was so touchy “ it was giving us scalding showers. The kitchen refrigerator was the best thing about the rental!
