This beautifully restored 206 m² city villa offers privacy, space, and character in the heart of Willemstad’s historic Otrobanda district. Surrounded by a tropical garden and just steps from the saltwater pool, the villa combines elegant colonial architecture with modern comfort — ideal for families or groups seeking an authentic Curaçao experience.
The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Two rooms have king-size beds, and the other two are furnished with twin beds that can be joined and made up as kings upon request. All beds are high-quality Eastborn boxsprings (2.10 m), dressed in Egyptian cotton linens for a restful night’s sleep.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens into a spacious dining and living area with original shutters and high ceilings. French doors lead to a large covered veranda — the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, relax in the shade, or share meals with your group.
Guests enjoy direct access to the shared saltwater pool, lush gardens, and a peaceful, gated setting just minutes from the Queen Emma Bridge, Punda, and Pietermaai.

We had a group of 11 people and the Villa Grandi was perfect. We all had plenty of our own private space while easily being able to gather together in shared spaces. The property was very clean and the salt water pool was perfect. The only thing I would mention is that some standard household things weren’t included such as hand soap, toilet paper and shower essentials. It wasn’t a big deal for us since the property is centrally located to shops. We loved being able to easily walk around the city. We’re glad to have chosen the Villa Grandi for our Curacao stay.

We stayed in the larger of the villas on the property. The villas was clean with everything you needed for your stay. The property is very secure and the villa opens right up to let the breeze blow thru to keep you cool while staying on the property. The pool is lovely and large. It has a nice sunshelf for sitting on or for kids.The patio around the pool has shade and sun to please all people. We walked to downtown daily and felt very safe. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Curacao.

I stayed here with a group of friends for a week over New Years. We had an incredible stay. The accommodations were as advertised, very clean and modern. The AC works great and the rooms and decor are very cute. The hosts are very communicative and helpful and the check in process was very smooth. Highly recommend!
