Completed in April 2016, this apartment building is located in the heart of Wenningstedt. Shopping options are in the immediate vicinity, and the Weststrand beach is only about 400 meters away. The luxuriously furnished ground-floor apartment with a fireplace offers a spacious 80 square meters of living space for up to 4 people. It features a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a guest restroom—all on one level.

The south/east-facing terrace is furnished with exclusive garden furniture and a beach chair, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments. The elegant kitchen blends perfectly with the overall style. The living area is decorated in warm earth tones, and the bathrooms impress with their state-of-the-art design. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove to meet even the highest standards of home cooks.

In the basement, our guests have access to a spacious wellness area featuring a sauna, steam room, outdoor shower, and fitness equipment for a relaxing experience. A parking space directly in front of the house offers added convenience. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not permitted.
