Completed in April 2016, this apartment building is located in the heart of Wenningstedt. Shopping options are in the immediate vicinity, and the Weststrand beach is only about 400 m away. The building’s architectural style harmonizes perfectly with the charming “Bäderstil” architectural style.
The exquisitely furnished upper-floor/attic apartment with a south-facing balcony offers a generous 60 square meters of space for up to 4 people. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with two sofa beds for children, as well as a shower room with a toilet. In the attic, there is another double bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. The elegant kitchen blends perfectly with the overall style, and the earth tones in the living room create a cozy atmosphere. The bathrooms feature the latest designs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove to meet even the needs of home cooks. In the basement, our guests will find a spacious wellness area with a sauna, steam room, outdoor shower, and fitness equipment.
