"Great location and we were surprised how spacious the flat was. Lots of room, clean linens, and everything worked. We walked to the ferry everyday, lots of steps but we enjoyed the view and felt safe."

The appartment is very well located; getting to Manhattan by bus is very easy. To improve the property, we have the following suggestions: the bathroom needs modernizing (specifically, a walk-in shower); the mattress in the master bedroom (at the end of the hallway) needs replacing, as it sags in the middle; and the living room TV shows only a black screen.

Amazing views of NYC. Worth the price, will book again.

Check in was easy with great views of NYC. Very old property and felt old while we were there, nothing spectacular. Area was nice, felt safe, wish we would have known there were 12 flights if steps when coming off the ferry, arriving was not fun with those and our luggage.
