Everything was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing.We really had a good time and also the host responds very quickly in case of need. The place is near to most of NYC places. Highly recommended

If you’re going to stay pay for the parking. It’s close to public transportation and the Ferry!!!!!! The host is very nice. If your going to use the train or ferry there is a lot of public stairs!!????
