You will find 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with king-size bed, a teenager's bedroom with trundle bed, and a child's bedroom with trundle bed suitable for children under 10. The property features 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, plus a separate ground floor toilet. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dedicated workspace. The bright ground floor offers an open-plan living area with wood-burning stove, dining space, and fully functional kitchen with separate area for fridge-freezer, pantry, microwave, and washer-dryer.
Step outside to your private 300 sqm grassy garden and large wooden terrace refurbished in 2024. Outdoor amenities include a table with parasol, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, exercise bike under wooden shelter, hammock, hanging chair, and swing. Three bikes are available: one adult mountain bike, one for a 13-year-old, and one for an 8-year-old.
Shared parking is available at the property. Events are not permitted.

A nearby alpaca farm offers tours and riding lessons available for an extra fee. Sheets and towels are provided for stays of 4 nights or more.
