About this house rental

The Baconnets cottage is located in Audières, a small mountain hamlet in the Trièves region, on the eastern balconies of Vercors.
The town is part of the Vercors natural park.
It is the whole of a large, warm house, in a calm and natural environment, in the immediate vicinity of hiking routes. Ideal for those who love nature, walking, mountain biking ... Gresse en Vercors ski resort at 15 km, Monteynard lake at 16 km.
All shops and swimming pool, in Monestier de Clermont (2 km).

Une grande maison au vert et au calme, très bien équipée ( y compris une riche bibliothèque ) et ensoleillée. Un grand terrain. Des balades et pistes de luge et ski proches. Un hôte et son épouse à l’écoute. Parfait !

Super gîte pour 13 personnes
Le gîte bénéficie d'une très grande pièce de vie, lumineuse avec terrasse couverte offrant un très beau panorama et très agréable pour partager des moments en famille près du feu de cheminée ou du poêle à bois. Très fonctionnel en terme d'équipements et de disposition avec sept couchages au rez de chaussée et 6 couchages au premier étage qui peut être totalement indépendant avec sa propre cuisine, salle de bain et toilettes. Idéalement situé pour les randonnées (passerelles de Monteynard, Pas du Serpaton etc...) et près de la station de Gresse en Vercors. Les commerces de proximité (Proxi pour son rayon fromagerie, boucherie et boulangerie) sont de très bonnes qualités et proposent des produits locaux. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine grâce aux conseils de notre hôte Étienne qui fût disponible pendant notre séjour.
