Cocoonr∕Book&pay agency offers this flat for rent at Canet-en-Roussillon, with a sea view and beach down the residence, covering an area of 40 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor with lift access, it consists of a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower and bathtub). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!
The east-west facing flat is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area, and equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 9 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
