Cocoonr is offering this flat for rent in Canet-en-Roussillon, with views of the sea and the beach right on the doorstep of the residential complex. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor with lift access, it comprises a 30 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a private parking space. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property, which is dual-aspect and faces east-west, is laid out as follows:
