    This was my worst of the worst hotel stay experience in Hyderabad 😏 Shortly after check-in, we found a small dead lizard on the bed, which was extremely unpleasant and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. To make matters worse, the hotel had major water supply issues. By evening, there was no water available in the washroom or taps. Only after repeatedly informing the staff did they switch on the water motor. The next morning, we planned to check out early at 6:00 AM but due to the ongoing water problem, we were unable to freshen up and had to wait until 8:00 AM. What made the situation even more frustrating was the behavior of the staff. They were rude, unhelpful and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused to guests. When we questioned them about the issues after hours of frustration, they responded in an extremely disrespectful manner and even told us to leave the hotel. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance and unprofessional staff behavior made this the worst experience of my stay in Hyderabad. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would certainly choose it.
