First Floor:
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot (no bedding supplied). Back garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking..
