We are local and own the entire building. We won't bother you unless there's an issue or scheduled maintenance. We do offer mid stay cleaning at an additional charge.
There is a set of stairs in the front to enter apartment. There's parking for 1 vehicle, but ample street parking which requires night permission or permit depending on length of stay.

Great place to stay in Milwaukee and really close to a lot of great areas. First, the place itself is very cozy and comfortable! All of the needed amenities and supplies you would expect. A comfortable bunk bed in one of the rooms so it’s a perfect family-friendly place. Second, the stores nearby in the neighborhood aren’t the best so I recommend driving a little further to Pick N Save for groceries or visiting the Bayshore Mall for necessities/ shopping.Overall, I highly recommend this place in Milwaukee and will be staying here again!
