About this house rental
Newly renovated 3 bedroom home. Amazing location walking distance to Klutch Park. 5 minute drive to Downtown Milwaukee. Beautiful fenced in backyard perfect for families and dogs. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Granite counter tops. Master bedroom has King Sized bed with memory foam mattress. Other 2 bedrooms are Queen sized beds with memory foam mattress. Bathroom has a Shower/Tub combo. There is also an additional half bathroom. Washer and Dryer are in unit and free to use.
This is a no smoking property. There are no parties or events allowed. All guest must be registered .No illegal activities allowed on property. Please clean up after your pets.

This property was BETTER than expected. It was cozy and in a wonderful location. I was traveling with my dog and loved having multiple park and trail options nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable.

Busy road but a lovely backyard area with a fenced-in yard for our dog.

Overall, we were not overly pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the house. There were several items in the house that were broken/not functioning properly: back gate, front window blind, etc. Also, the house was not very well stocked for multiple people, for example: toilet paper, towels/wash clothes, kitchen towels, paper towels, etc. were in short supply. The house could have used a definite deep clean. The large sliding door in the dining room does not have any kind of curtain or shade on it, thus leaving one feeling kind of exposed. Curtains or heavier blinds would help to reduce some of the street noise in the front bedroom. Note, there are cameras on the front door and above the garage, which we did not find mentioned in the house's listing. The house is conveniently located to activities in the area, and the decorations were pleasing.
