The main floor features a king bedroom with private jacuzzi room and ensuite bath—no stairs required. Upstairs, a queen bedroom with its own bathroom provides privacy for a second couple or the kids. Oversized TVs throughout the cabin ensure you won’t miss a game or movie night.
The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space offer everything you need for laid-back meals, relaxing evenings, and warm gatherings around the fireplace. Two arcade machines bring family fun indoors no matter the weather.

Situated in the much sought out High-End Community Golf Community, Cobby Knob Resort. You pass directly through the Bent Creek Golf Course to get to the cabin. Tee fees are a reasonable $29-$49 depending on season and course. The Resort provides 3 swimming pools for your summer enjoyment, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Cozy Timbers is only 13 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, which is a short and lovely drive.
5 miles from the cabin is the Greenbriar entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest known for its wildflowers, butterflies, cascading waterfalls, driving and hiking trails and fishing.
About 7 miles from Cozy Timbers is the 8-mile artists loop trail full of shops, galleries, studios, restaurants, candy shops and cafes where local artisans show their craftsmanship.
This 'historic 8-mile loop has been designated a Tennessee Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail. Established in 1937, these artisans whittle, paint, sew, cast, weave and carve to create original collectibles such as candles, baskets, quilts, brooms, pottery, jewelry, dolls, ceramics, scrimshaw, silversmithing, leather, stained glass, wearable fashions, fine photography, frameable art, oils and watercolors.'

* Driveway is steep, so please be mindful of your vehicle when booking the cabin
*Although we love pets, this is not a pet friendly cabin.
*Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.
* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

Our stay was fantastic. Great spot for our wedding anniversary. The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was great! Only thing I would have liked to be different is a heads up on the driveway kind of steep and akward to get up but is to be expected in the mountains but everything was as pictured and host was very helpful and quick to respond

Cozy and cute. Enjoyed our laid back mornings and evenings. Plenty of food options nearby (about 20 min away). Once down from the mountain, it is a straight drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Keep in mind, that the hills and turns are steep and dark at night so choose your vehicle for travel wisely. The house could use some more updated kitchen items. The hot tub was a nice added touch. Our teens and adults enjoyed evening arcade battles. Was a good stay.
