About this house rental
Welcome to our charming house on the sunny slope between Ascona and Brissago! The 3½-room house offers space for 4 people and is situated in a quiet, sunny location with an exclusive panoramic view of Lake Maggiore, the Brissago islands and the surrounding mountain range.
Access is by car to below the house, followed by about 30 steps and an external gate to the front door. At the entrance, you will find the kitchen on the right, a balcony facing the lake with sun loungers and the spacious living room with fireplace and impressive views on the left. To the side of the house, the beautiful terrace with plants, table and chairs invites you to linger.
Inside, stairs lead down to the basement, where the sleeping area and bathroom are located. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, which has direct access to the green area, and a small bedroom with a sofa bed, which is suitable for 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC and a separate shower, next to which is the washing machine.
On the upper floor you reach the kitchen, the balcony and the living room with upholstered suite, fireplace and Internet W-Lan. From here you have access to the lakeside terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view.
Shopping facilities are approx. 500 m away, the seaside resort in Porto Ronco approx. 1 km, and Brissago with its promenade and large Lido is approx. 5 km away. Bed and kitchen linen and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed. This house is the perfect place to enjoy peace, nature and a breathtaking view!
