The spacious and bright house, newly renovated in 2016, lies in the upper edge of the village on a quiet and sunny hillside position with panoramic view of the lake, the Brissago islands and the surrounding mountains. House-long, lake-side terrace on the ground floor with balcony furniture and spacious balcony on the 1st floor. Laterally of the house lawn with stone table and beautiful planting. Car access to below house, stairs to house height (about 100 steps). Public parking on the street below house. Village center, bus stop, shops about 500m. Beach in Porto Ronco about 3,5 km. Brissago with promenade and large Lido about 5 km. Bed/kitchen linen available. Washing machine and dryer for single use. Pets not permitted.
