About this house rental

Littleholme is a 19th-century cottage which has been sympathetically extended; while internal renovations and modernization have retained its original charm. The property, accessed via a private road, has a rear garden and the provision of parking – which is rare within the villages of Cawsand and Kingsand.



The accommodation consists of three bedrooms; two doubles and one twin across the three floors.

There are front and rear entrances to the cottage. From the garden/parking area, the rear door opens into a spacious hallway. A corner storage closet contains the iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The kitchen/diner has an integral dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer. A double oven and stovetop, plus smaller appliances such as, a toaster, microwave and coffee maker.

First Floor

A dog-leg staircase from the hallway rises to the second floor and the landing area, from which, there is a spacious, light and airy living room with a feature bay window overlooking lush vegetation and a wood-burning stove within an alcove. There is a large television and ample seating, three of which recline. Another double bedroom is located on this floor with an en-suite bathroom featuring a free-standing clawfoot tub.



Second Floor

A further doorway on the landing gives access to stairs to the third floor attic accommodation which comprises twin beds and an en-suite bathroom off.
