Welcome to this stylish and spacious 200 m² holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests. Here you’ll find a private pool and a lovely garden, perfect for relaxation and play. Ideal for families or groups!

Enjoy warm days in the private pool, available from May 1st to August 31st. It is surrounded by sun loungers and a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals. The garden is fenced and provides a secure space for children to play. Outside, you will also find a swing and a ping-pong table, adding a fun dimension to your stay.

The open living area is bright and inviting, offering comfortable furnishings to relax after a day filled with activities. You’ll also find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, making cooking enjoyable. The social space includes a dining area, allowing you to easily gather for meals.

Lastly, the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park is a short distance away, ideal for family hikes.
Access:
The house is easily accessible by car. It takes about 2 hours' drive from Bordeaux or 1.5 hours from Limoges. The nearest train station is in Angoulême, about 40 minutes away, with regular connections to Paris and other major cities. For international arrivals, Bordeaux-Mérignac airport is about 2 hours away by car.
