Renovated in spring 2025, the apartment stands out thanks to its prime location – just 200 meters from the beach and steps away from shops, restaurants, and public transport. A car is not needed here, making it perfect for a relaxed holiday with everything within walking distance.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Two tastefully decorated bedrooms provide a peaceful place to rest after a day at the beach or in town. The open-plan living room features a cozy sofa, a dining area, and a small desk – ideal for shared meals or working remotely. Air conditioning keeps the apartment cool on hot days, and Wi-Fi with speeds up to 100 Mbps is included.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Ample cookware, cutlery, and dishes are provided for self-catering guests.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the rental. Additional comforts include a washing machine, storage space, and a full-length mirror. All windows are fitted with privacy blinds.
