This superb, very quiet accommodation of 75 m2 + 30m2 of terrace, is located on the 1st floor of a luxury residence located 50 meters from the sandy beaches, restaurants, shops and all amenities.
It is accessible from the train station on foot (about 400 meters).
It is equipped with a master suite comprising a bedroom with 1 double bed of 160cm / 200cm, including 2 independent and electric bed bases for your greatest comfort. Plenty of storage in a wall wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a color television will allow you to feel at home.
1 bathroom with sink, bathtub and toilet completes this master suite.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds of 90/190 that can be joined into a single bed of 180/190 as well as a bunk bed of 90/190. A wardrobe with plenty of storage completes this room as well as a television.
A shower room is located in the corridor opposite this room as well as a separate toilet.
The very spacious living room and opening onto a fully equipped kitchen is composed of a 5-seater corner sofa, a flat-screen television and a table for your meals.
You can relax on the shaded terrace of 30 m2 equipped with garden furniture and a table for your meals with family or friends. You can see the sea from the terrace.
All rooms are air-conditioned (or heated) independently and equipped with electric roller shutters.
A closed garage in the basement completes this superb accommodation (182cms HT / 230cms Width / 400 depth).
Bed linen and towels are not provided, but rental is possible at an attractive rate, contact me.
When you move in, you will have to pay the cleaning fee which amounts to €100 and which will be paid directly to the person who will make the inventory and give you the keys.
