All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This home is nicely decorated and located in a great spot in the complex. Great use of space and well stocked kitchen. Enclosed porch area was great for reading and the bench contained all your need for the beach.

We had a fantastic stay! Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved the beach at low tide, especially seeing all the wildlife! We hope to visit again in the future.

The grounds are lovely, especially the swings overlooking the beach. Nice, clean pools. The location is close to shopping and dining by car, but not in walking distance. The furnishing was comfortable and attractive.Three large TVs, but we were only able to get the one in the main bedroom connected to the WiFi due to a “parental control” lock.The description states that the condo is on the second floor, but doesn’t let you know there is not an elevator. With recent hip surgery, climbing stairs was difficult.The balcony is closed in. We needed to use the commons areas to enjoy the outside and “water views”. The dryer door handle is broken off and we needed to use a utensil to pry it open. There was a “fishy” odor in the main bedroom closet and noticeable when sitting on the sofa.
