Great location! Only a short 5 minute drive to downtown Quebec City and all that it offers. The condo had all the necessities for a family of four. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and eating breakfast on the quiet patio. The bed's were a bit firm for our liking but the pillows were soft. The hosts were easy to reach and prompt with replies to any questions that we had. We would stay there again if we're ever in the area.

What a great place! Felt very fresh and clean and having the hot tub right outside the door was amazing. Under 15 minute drive to everything. Neighborhood is so cool and walkable (and the ice cream store opened for the season while we were there!!) Messaging with the host was seamless and they were very responsive. Can’t wait to come back again.

Very nice spot, clean, well organized excellent communication. Great location gas station next door serves as a small butcher, grocery and liquor store leaving everything your need right at your door step. Everything fun to do within 20 minutes each direction which made it very convenient. We would stay again.

Pros:The check-in was pleasantly easy. The host sent us the entry code to the apartment 8hrs before check-in and detailed pictures of the apartment location and parking.Communication with the host is considered fast since the only communication we had was through the app/ email.The building has an ev charger. We came with 2 ev so it really came in handy.The apartment is next door to a convenient store with gas station and a meat store as well. So in case you need some milk, cream, butter or steak for doing some BBQ in the apartment.The location is good, short driving distance to old Québec and its other tourist attractions.I like that it has a full equiped kitchen so that I can cook like i'm at home and eating out less.Hot tub was also a plus if you want to relax.Cons:The porch coffee table and chairs are dirty. I could've clean them my self but when I pay, I expect service.The floors need major mopping. I like to walk barefoot inside the house, 30 mins in and bottom of my feet turned black. Need some cleaning on the windows. Full of dust and spider web.Some damages on the furnitures and floors.Towels are stinky and the cleaners left oversized laundry in the dryer still humid and not fully dry.The shower has no pressure when you want a room temp water. You can get a bigger pressure only on freezing cold or boiling hot water but not in between.Hope this review helps others and especially the host to make some improvements.
