    We booked 1 x suit room but at the time of check-in the staff has refused to give the room stating that the room is not ready. When we forced to check the room , we found that the room was not cleaned from the last few months, we found lots of cockroaches were taking rest in the room. Its very unfortunate that in spite of paying the payment for suit room we compel to have standard room. Worst experience we ever experiences. Request Agoda please arrange the difference of the room tarriff & try to improve.

    This hotel is Advertising as Star Hotel, But not Actual it is. Telephone is not working, No Clean & Hygienic Wash Rooms, Rooms are small, No Proper Parking, they dont have safe, Coffee Kit, In room Amenities, they don't even provide water in room, Food was tasty but as complimentary break fast the provided only Poha worth of 50Rs Per Plate, they dont have lawn area, but room service was good overall its a new Building, and its just like a normal Hotel not even in a range of Star Hotel
